Support Us
Dear Neighbor,
The members of the Union Fire Company and Rescue Squad would like to thank you for your continued support. Your financial support is crucial in order to help us continue providing you with emergency fire and medical service throughout the year. If you are unable to join our team and volunteer your time, making a donation is the next best way you can help out. Thanks to your continued contributions and the assistance of the Hopewell Township Board of Fire Commissioners, we will be undergoing a major infrastructure update of our electrical system. Also, as part of the update, we will be replacing our existing failing generator. If you are interested in stopping by to see what we have to offer, please stop by any Tuesday night at 7pm.
This past year we also put a lot of time into updating our banquet hall facility. Please consider renting our hall or stopping by on a Tuesday night to take a look at what we have to offer. If you are interested in using our hall please email ST53banquethall@gmail.com for information or check our website for availability.
Also, through the combined effort of the fire company and the Hopewell Township Health Office, we are now a designated potable water distribution site. In the event of a power loss, we are able to provide potable water to all residents.
Again, our thanks for your continued support of our community run organization.
Sincerely,
Peter W. Swanson, President
Kurt Pedersen, Chief
Phil Mohacsi, Deputy Chief of EMS
